• We receive only a payment confirmation webhook from NOWPayments — never your wallet credentials or private keys

For every dataset download we record the timestamp, IP address, and authenticated user account. This data is used solely for:

• Confirming successful delivery of purchased datasets
• Resolving refund requests — to verify whether a dataset was accessed before a refund was requested
• Detecting abuse of our refund or download systems

Download logs are retained for 12 months and are never shared with third parties except as required by law. See our Refund Policy for how this applies to refunds.

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Social Intel is operated from Sri Lanka. NOWPayments may process payment data in various jurisdictions where they operate. By using our services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in these locations.
