narrative_score = 0.4×spread + 0.4×speed + 0.2×reach. Edges are co-mention (same topic in a tight window) and co-timing (same topic across 2+ hourly buckets). Clusters come from label propagation (union-find fixed point) on the edge graph, cross-referenced with bot likelihood.
